electronic ignition for early BMW flat twins with stock distributer and gear driven camshaft (therefore turning cam anticlockwise) such as  R61, 66, R71

as well as early soviet 6 Volt Ural and Dnepr with distributer
later Ural and Dnepr need our System 7417 (see information here)

• BMW flat twins with chain driven camshaft (cam turning clockwise) need System 7419
• later Ural/ Dnepr without distributer and with twin ignition coil need system 7417 as fastening is different.

• a hall based electronic trigger unit will replace the points setup. The distributer will not be needed any more, still each cylinder will get only his spark and not both at same time as  in later soviet models.
