in some older instructions we gave the information that for initial timing the rotor had to be set with crank in TDC position in such a way that sensor is 41mm away from trigger sign on rotor. newer instructions give there 37mm. |

then difference between the 2 is only the point of reference on the
sensor. Here, at the time of introducing a lasered on line for TDC on the rotor, we made a change in order to unify instructions. As this might lead to confusion, we give the information below. |

in older instructions giving 41mm (on rotor with 103mm dia) the 41mm had been measured from trigger sign to sensorside facing away from trigger sign on rotor | |
in newer instructions giving 37mm (on rotor with 103mm dia) the 37mm had bee measured from trigger sign to sensorside facing towards trigger sign on rotor | |
